- How much is the shipping cost to my country?
Select the artwork you like and continue to your shopping cart. It will showcase the shipping cost for you. 

- My country is not in the shipping list, how do I order?
Contact us by email and we will add your country to our shipping list, we ship worldwide.

- How long does shipping/delivery take?
When your order is placed AND paid, it will be shipped as soon as possible. Mostly it is shipped the same day or the workingday after ordering. In busy periods it can sometimes take a few days but we will do everything to get your piece out asap and on the way to you. 

- How do we ship?
We ship all our orders with GLS and Bpost with tracking ID. (national postal service with A+ rating). We are not responsible for missed birthdays, holidays, ... We ship out your order the same day or the working day after a weekend/national holiday. We ship under DAP incoterm for packages outside Europe.

- How can I track my order?
When your order is shipped you received a tracking number. Track it  at https://gls-group.eu/BE/en/track-trace or http://www.Bpost.be/track
Change the language of the tracking website in the top right corner.

- My tracking number does not work?!
When you received a tracking number, it does work. If it shows your package is being prepared, it means your artwork is being created and package is being prepared to send. Hang in there, you can't rush creativity. 
For Bpost tracking numbers you'll need to fill in your postal code to make it work, together with the tracking code which you have received in your email box.

- Does my artwork comes in a box?
No, all of our products come in a wooden crate with inside protection for a flawless delivery.

- Is it possible to have a custom artwork made?
Yes this is possible, we can make just about any standard color. Keep in mind that making a custom artwork does take up to 2 weeks. For more information on this, please contact us via email. Custom artwork cannot be returned!  

- Do you have a return policy?
We're pretty sure you will like the House of hearts pieces. Just in case you would want to send an artpiece back. It can only be returned when the artpiece is still perfectly packed, this for quality reasons. Items purchased with a discount code or in sales can not be returned. Return costs are at own expense. This within 14 days of ordering. There's no return on items that are produced on demand. 

- How can I pay?
We accept, Paypal, Apple pay, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Bancontact & American Express. All common payment methods are accepted.

          
                   
- Is my artpiece well protected when shipping? 
Of course it is! We ship every piece with much inside protection so it will arrive in 1 piece. We take pride on every order. 

- What if my piece arrives damaged due to shipping?
You should email us within 7 days of arrival so we can open a claim with our shipping company. 

- What not to do with our frames?
Please do not put our pieces in direct sunlight or under a lightning spot, this will damage the piece by time.

- I can’t find your address on your website?
Correct! Our pick-up location is only available after appointment.
